Engineering contributors
Build and maintain web apps, technical systems, and internal tools with full access to collective resources and services.
Design contributors
Create campaign visuals, design systems, and communication assets that support nonprofits and artists.
Artist support
Support portfolio development and technical infrastructure for artists who need stronger digital presence.
Priority scope
We prioritize projects and people from marginalized communities in South Asia.
how it works
Application, vetting, and onboarding.
Workshops remain open to all participants. Volunteer contributor onboarding runs through an application and one interview so active project teams stay focused and well-supported.
All contributor roles are unpaid. This is volunteer work under a nonprofit initiative.

Complete one vetting interview with our technical or design manager
Internal review by technical and design managers based on current project needs
Onboard to an active project when a suitable volunteer slot is available
