built through resourcefulness, care, and practical help
I founded The Jugaad Collective to support South Asian nonprofits and artists through engineering, design, workshops, and shared resources. I care about queer-friendly online spaces, thoughtful systems, and resourceful ways of getting good work into communities that are usually told to wait for better conditions.
what shows up here
South Asian nonprofits, artists, collectives, and local organizers that need practical support instead of vague encouragement.
Resourcefully. Directly. With whatever useful tools, people, time, and infrastructure can be assembled right now.
Queer-friendly online spaces, thoughtful onboarding, and real outcomes for communities doing meaningful work.
Hosting, tooling, credits, volunteer time, and donations all matter when communities are building under pressure.
what “jugaad” means here
Jugaad is about making do, finding the workaround, and building something useful from what is already at hand instead of waiting for perfect conditions.
For this collective, that means putting tools, time, design, and infrastructure behind communities that usually get asked to wait.

what we run
The collective is designed to be useful first: real delivery, skill-sharing, and infrastructure that can hold up once the page is closed.
Web apps, internal tools, maintenance work, and technical delivery for nonprofits, artists, and community organizers.
Campaign visuals, communication systems, and design direction that help communities look as strong as the work they are doing.
Programming, design, and digital-literacy sessions that stay open, useful, and welcoming instead of over-gated.
Hosting, tooling, credits, and direct donations directed into active projects and the infrastructure that keeps them alive.
